It was formed when Nicholas Hammond, an English solicitor and Cristian Bogaru, a Romanian lawyer and Swiss adviser entered into partnership and recruited a group of enthusiastic associates who shared their values and entreprenorial spirit. It has since grown into one of the leading commercial law firms in the country.
